Joseph came to believe in Jesus as his savior at the young age of five.  From that time on Joseph spent much of his time dealing with the struggles of a broken family while also studying Scripture and responding to God's call for his life.  Through various influences and people God brought into his life Joseph learned to develop a passion for God and people, and especially for people who are less fortunate and abused. 

After graduating high school in 1997 Joseph then joined the Marines where he also met and married his insanely gorgeous wife Lauren in August of 2000.  After serving a four year tour in the Marines Joseph was discharged in 2002 as a Sergeant.  From September 2004 to May 2006 Joseph served as a member and a volunteer assistant youth leader and teacher and also led three Sr. High boys' church groups for Vineyard Church Summer and Winter camps.  During this time Joseph's wife also served as an assistant nursery director.  In May 2005 Joseph completed work on a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration where he then went on to obtain graduate course work in theology from Liberty University.  Joseph also studied counter-cult evangelism with a specific emphasis on Mormonism and Atheism.

From his youth to the present day Joseph has been involved in membership, training, and in various teaching capacities with various Churches and affiliated ministries, and has also helped to lead worship as a guitarist and singer. Joseph's hobbies are sports, reading, writing, blogging, music, and spending time with his wife, children, family and friends. Joseph and his wife Lauren currently reside in Shawnee, KS with their four boys; Iassic, Joseph, Elijah, and Seth.  Joseph is currently a medical radiography student at MCC Penn Valley, Kansas City, MO.  His bi-vocation is to provide for his family while pursuing ministry through The Well.
