Mary Anne Boston

she/her

Licensed Master Social Worker

I help people accept and understand themselves so they can make changes in their lives that feel authentic to them. I offer a space where people can explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and histories in depth and at their own pace. I work with adults and adolescents who need help working through grief, difficult relationships (with family of origin, romantic partners, or close others), difficulties at work, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I practice with theory and techniques from both disciplines to tailor my approach to the needs of each person.
